At Suffa, every sofa begins when you place your order. That means you can adapt it to your living space: dimensions, configuration, comfort, upholstery and feet. We design and manufacture everything at our factory in Lordelo, Paredes, then deliver and assemble it in your home.
Two Levels of Customisation
Choose from more than 60 models in our collection and adapt your favourite to your space. It is the quickest way to have a sofa that fits your room down to the centimetre, based on a model you can already try in our stores.
An exclusive design, created from scratch
For pieces that are not part of our collection, our design studio develops the sofa with you: from the initial concept and dimensions to the choice of materials and finishes. We work with private clients, architects, interior designers and hospitality projects.
What Can You Customise?
Dimensions: length, number of seats and, on several models, seat depth.
Configuration: fixed sofa, chaise longue, corner sofa or modular sofa.
Comfort: high-resilience foam up to 55 kg/m³, electric reclining mechanisms, adjustable headrests and sliding seats, depending on the model.
Upholstery: hundreds of fabrics and leathers, including Aquaclean stain-resistant fabrics and fabrics suitable for homes with pets. We can also use a fabric from another supplier that you have already selected.
Feet and details: material and colour of the feet, piping and contrast stitching.
Sofa bed: mattress size (120, 140 or 160 × 200 cm) and type of foam.
How It Works
Visit a store or contact us. Try the models and feel the materials in Lisbon, Aveiro or Paredes, or ask for advice by phone or email.
We measure the space. Bring the dimensions and photographs of your room. If you prefer, a Suffa technician can visit your home to confirm the measurements.
Design and quotation. Together, we define the configuration and materials, and then send you a quotation.
Production at our factory. Your sofa is manufactured in Lordelo, Paredes. Usual lead time: 5 to 7 weeks for collection models and 8 to 10 weeks for fully customised designs.
Delivery and assembly. The Suffa team delivers and assembles your sofa in the room of your choice. 3-year warranty.
Why Order Directly from a Manufacturer?
Because we manufacture our own sofas, we control every stage: frame construction, foams, cutting and sewing, upholstery and finishing. This allows us to make alterations that a conventional furniture retailer cannot offer and to check the quality before your sofa leaves the factory.
